Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking up to 24hrs prior to the date and time of your booking in order to get a full refund. You can re-book your session online. You can choose 'manual payment' to tranfer the booking fee to your new booking. We reserve the right to retain the booking fee for any cancellations made with less than 24hrs notice.
